There are many powerful heroes and villains which came from comic books and are some of the most recognizable figures. There are many comics, and each character has a different role to play. There are many credits that can be owned to see action-packed plots that can drive the comics essential to the story. Steve Ditko
Steve Ditko is well known as Stan Lee’s colleague and deserves much more recognition than he gets. He is the creator of some of Marvel’s top characters. Alongside Lee, he helped create Spider-Man and was the lone creator of Doctor Strange. He was also the original creator of superheroes like the Hulk and Iron Man. Ditko has a very cool color palette, which can be seen in his characters.
Brian Bolland
British comic artist Brian Bolland is best known for his cover art and his work on Batman. Bolland illustrated the art of DC comics with his work on Batman: Killing the Joke. He started to bring in a dramatic darker style to the Joker and developed new character sub-points. His graphics had a lot of details, which included the various depiction of violence, the painting, which reflected on his psychological disturbance. Joker’s character from killing the joke was the inspiration behind the elements of Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Night Film Trilogy.
Dave Gibbons
Dave Gibbons is a Comic artist who tried to explore the themes of modernity and urban life. He received a lot of praise for his graphic novel ‘Watchmen’ and ‘For the man who has everything’. He started to address philosophical concepts, which allowed him to steer away from the superheroes that we knew. He wanted to bring symbolism into his artwork and explore human conditions, which helped him grow.
Jack Kirby
Jack Kirby started his work in the 1930s, is noted for his strengths in visual storytelling. Kirby and Stan Lee worked together in many Marvel Comics, which at the time was Atlas Comics. He was famous for his co-creation in Captain America, The Hulk, Avengers, X-Men, Black Panther, and Thor. Kirby was later added into the Will Eisner Hall of Fame, which helped him become immortalized.
Osamu Tezuka
Osamu Tezuka was the first to popularize comics in Asia. He was known as the Father of Manga, and one of his loved works was the Astro Boy, The While Lion. His art focused on bring in fun and carefree style, which is one of the main reasons he was called the Walk Disney of Japan. He had an imaginative art style, which was heavy on western influence.
